Tell us the job
Form, call or text. Photos help. We read the request the same day we can.
Process
The sequence is the same whether the job is a bath in Rockland or a suite closer to Boston: request, visit, quote, build, record.
Form, call or text. Photos help. We read the request the same day we can.
We measure, photograph and ask how you use the space. Old work on the same address stays in our records.
Scope, numbers and a validity date. No handshake pricing on a structural opening.
Schedule, inspections, photos as we go, punch list, invoice. The file stays with the property.
On the property
A remodel still has to leave you a place to live. These are the habits we keep on site — not a brochure version of a job.
Floors get covered. Dust stays in the work area when we can contain it. HVAC returns get covered when the job is making dust. You should still be able to use the rooms we are not touching.
Tools stacked, debris bagged or hauled, driveway usable when the job allows. The punch list includes a real clean — not a broom in the last hour.
Schedule, inspections and changes go through the office, not five subcontractors. The number on the quote is the number we answer.
Quotes and invoices are written. Payments follow the work as it is billed — not a handshake deposit with nothing on paper.
