How far do you travel from Rockland?

We regularly work within about 80 miles of Rockland, Massachusetts ù and only in Massachusetts cities and towns. That covers the South Shore, much of Greater Boston, Worcester and the Cape. Do I need to be home for the first visit?

For most remodels, yes — we need access and a chance to ask how you use the space. For some exterior-only work we can start with photos and a curb visit, then confirm details with you.

Can you pull permits?

We coordinate permits and inspections with the city or town that has jurisdiction. Requirements differ between Rockland, Boston, Quincy and other municipalities; we confirm the path before demolition.
